The staff went above and beyond to help with
my needs, especially when I was stressed about an online exam. Their quick response to provide dedicated internet made a real difference, and I appreciated their follow-up call to congratulate me afterward. The room was quite comfortable, though the clearing of the shared spaces could have been improved.

Room acoustics were poor, leading to a noisy stay!!! Parking guidance was lacking, making it confusing for new guests!!! Basic bathroom amenities were insufficient, and hairdryer issues hindered an otherwise pleasant experience!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially when I had a chance to unwind by the pool and took advantage of the spa services. There were lots of relaxing spots around the hotel to help melt away stress. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on 07 Julhelpful staffcomfortable staylack of bell servicelong waitlogistical issues
Upon arrival, faced a long wait due to no rooms available, but the front desk staff's effort to accommodate us was commendable. The housekeeping team, especially one attendant, ensured our comfort despite logistical issues caused by the heavy rain. Sadly, a lack of bell service meant carrying our own luggage was necessary, which felt inconvenient compared to other hotels.

Had a great time with my friends! The rooms were clean, and the staff made sure we felt welcome. We indulged in some karaoke fun and enjoyed delicious meals every day. The beach transfer service was handy too! A perfect base to explore nearby attractions like the Burj Khalifa.
However, the parking situation could be frustrating at times. there wasn't enough space available.

great staff but room could use update
The location was very convenient, with easy access to taxis and public transport at all hours. Staff members like Rajesh and Thomas provided excellent service, ensuring my stay was pleasant and enjoyable. I really appreciated the warm greetings from Ms. Grace. her smile made a daily difference. One time, they promptly arranged for high-speed internet when I needed it for an important task, which I found to be a big help.
The room felt a bit dated, though it was clean and comfortable.

CityMax offered a comfortable stay with inviting rooms. The view from my Twin Room on the 7th floor was impressive. Housekeeping, especially Akash and Mujahid, impressed me with their attention to detail. rooms were always spotless and fresh. The reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and handled my requests quickly. However, I encountered a frustrating situation when I fell ill and couldn't retrieve my medicine due to hotel policies. The staff eventually helped, but it took some convincing. Another downside was the lack of bell service. I had to carry my luggage myself, which added to the inconvenience during check-in. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping were strong points, but the customer service policies could be more accommodating in emergencies.
