Room acoustics were poor, leading to a noisy stay!!! Parking guidance was lacking, making it confusing for new guests!!! Basic bathroom amenities were insufficient, and hairdryer issues hindered an otherwise pleasant experience!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially when I had a chance to unwind by the pool and took advantage of the spa services. There were lots of relaxing spots around the hotel to help melt away stress. Just a heads-up, the breakfast could use a bit more variety but overall, it was a pleasant experience! 😊

Housekeeping, especially Akash and Mujahid, impressed me with their attention to detail. rooms were always spotless and fresh. However, I encountered a frustrating situation when I fell ill and couldn't retrieve my medicine due to hotel policies. The staff eventually helped, but it took some convincing. Another downside was the lack of bell service. I had to carry my luggage myself, which added to the inconvenience during check-in. Overall, the cleanliness and housekeeping were strong points, but the customer service policies could be more accommodating in emergencies.
